| My expertise began with activities & tours primarily for the island of Kauai but for many years now so many of my former clients have encouraged me to add services for our sister islands. I have struggled with fulfilling this promise since 2003, and deeply regret that I can not humanly fullfill that request. I humbly ask your forgiveness. Kauai is my primary focus and expertise and continues to be extremely busy year around. Over the years I have created a mulitude of web pages to serve your needs as a cyber concierge for the Garden Island, delivering as much needed information as possible to prepare you for your visit. Due to the enormous magnitude of emails currently pouring in, answering each and every email has been challenging. | Cancellation Policies for most vendors & TryKauai.com: 24 - 48 hours (up to 5 bookings - may vary per vendor), 72 hours (6 or more bookings, and 7 days (10 or more bookings) prior to check-in time. The policy is in place to protect you in the event that a reservation needs to be canceled or altered. Please note that you must alert the vendors within these cancel windows in advance should you need to cancel or alter your dates, otherwise you may be charged 100% if you no show.
