Unfortunately, he does not do email or fax and works on a cash or traveler's check basis but will return your call :). Leave him a voice mail with your particulars. | Cancellation Policies for most vendors & TryKauai.com: 24 - 48 hours (up to 5 bookings - may vary per vendor), 72 hours (6 or more bookings, and 7 days (10 or more bookings) prior to check-in time. The policy is in place to protect you in the event that a reservation needs to be canceled or altered. Please note that you must alert the vendors within these cancel windows in advance should you need to cancel or alter your dates, otherwise you may be charged 100% if you no show.
