The policy is in place to protect you in the event that a reservation needs
to be canceled or altered. Please note that you must alert the vendors
within these cancel windows in advance should you need to cancel or alter
your dates, otherwise you may be charged 100% if you no show. Your payment
will be made at the time of check-in to any activity, unless you are gifting
