Hi Lilikoi,
Hi Lilikoi,
Dear Lilikoi, We had a fabulous time. Thank you for all your help in planning our honeymoon. The helicopter ride was scary for me, but my husband absolutely loved it. It was the very best way to see the island of Kauai. It is a very beautiful place and we are so happy we got married there on the beach. Mahalo, Nancy and Rich Simile ~ May 15, 2002 Hi Lilikoi, My wife and I came to Kauai in May for our honeymoon. We arranged several activities through you and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you for your time an effort in making our honeymoon that much more special. Next time we come (which may be this summer again) you will hear from us. Sorry for not getting this feedback to you in a more timely manner. Thanks and Mahalo, Kurt and Kelly Lewis ~ November 15, 2001 Dear Lilikoi, Everything went very well with the wedding. The wedding site was unbelievably beautiful. I'm so glad I found that spot on the Internet. I wanted to thank you for your help with activities. You really went out of your way to help and were so good at getting back to me quickly when I had questions and concerns. I know my other family members appreciated your help as well. I'll keep your e-mail address in my address book so we can contact you before our next visit to Kauai. We already decided to go one year for our anniversary. Hopefully you'll still be in the same line of business. Thanks again for your help. Mahalo and Aloha, Mary ~ August 8, 2001 Lilikoi: Thank you very much for your help. Your website was especially helpful, and was useful in helping me plan for our honeymoon. We loved Kauai and had a great time there. The highlight of the trip was a helicopter tour we took over the island. Amazing! Best of luck to you, Steve ~ August 8, 2001 Hello again, I just wanted to say thank you for all your help in booking our luau and helicopter trip. Everything was wonderful. The luau was was perfect for our rehearsal dinner. All 21 of us loved the food, the show and everything. Your reccomendation was perfect. And the helicopter tour was amazing. Everyone had a great time. The view was beautiful and the ride was very nice. Overall, the wedding and the trip went just as planned. We had a wonderful time on your island and are already hoping to make it back for our anniversary next year! Thank you again for all that you did and also for the nice phone call while we were there. Sincerely, Lindy and Doug ~ July 9, 2001 Hi Lilikoi, I wanted to thank you so much for all your help in getting all of our activities set up. Jason and I had such a wonderful time in Kauai. It us unfortunate that we didnt get a chance to meet. Although, we have plans on visiting again in the future and I would like to meet you then. When we were at Kipu ranch for our ATV tour, our tour guide gave us "lilikois", which I believe is a passion fruit. It reminded me of you and found out the meaning of your name. I thought I'd share it with you. Again, you have been wonderful and thanks again! Mahalo! P. Barrantes ~ July 3, 2001 We just wanted to let you know what a great time we had on Kauai. Everything went very smoothly and not one of our activities was cancelled for any reason. Hawaiian Riders was great to work with and we are looking into buying one of their bikes in the future. Our guides, Heather and Bud, at Princeville were made the ride and hike to the waterfall an unforgettable experience. Brando was great too, although my husband was having so much fun he came back VERY tired!! Kenny also enjoyed his hangglider flight, and it was such a beautiful day that the photos came out gorgeous (I'll email you a few). My ride on the Hughes 500 was fabulous and the pilot was so good. The Fern Grotto and Garden Luau were the perfect way to finish up our trip! Everything was great and we really appreciated your help. We recommended you all over the island! We are already planning our next trip to Kauai in 2 years and our remarriage in 8! Thanks again and if you ever need anything or tips on activities in Kentucky or Cincinnati, Ohio, we'd be glad to return the favor! Warm wishes, Krista and Kenneth ~ Florence, Kentucky ~ June 9, 2001 Lilikoi, We finally made it back home and are very grateful for your help with the Kauai portion of our trip. The dive operator and the horseback riding stables were both wonderful. They treated us great and it was a pleasure having had all the arrangements made for us beforehand by you. Thank you again and we will contact you on our next trip to Kauai soon. Scott and Alex Greene ~ May 9, 2001 We had an absolutely wonderful time in Kauai. We did not want to leave! Thank you for all of your help. I know we would have lost precious time without you. We loved the Holo Holo trip. We saw about 3 whales. Hawaii was absolutely magical, and we can not wait to visit again. Thank you! Rebecca Kotas ~ April 4, 2001 Hi Lilikoi! Just wanted to thank you for
all your friendly advice and help in planning our week in Kauai. It was
so nice to have a resident expert to talk with ahead of time! All the activities
you arranged for us went very smoothly. I especially enjoyed SNUBA and
recommend it to anyone who enjoys snorkeling. I'd love to do it again!
The highlight for my husband was probably the helicopter flight.
Wonderful views. Thanks again Lilikoi; you're a joy to work with!
Dear Lilikoi, We couldn't thank you enough
for taking your best efforts and making our honeymoon filled with wonderful,
stress-free and relaxing spirits. The UFO boat excursion was a great trip.
My husband loved it!! It was our first time to do snorkeling, and we have
fell in love with it ever since. The view was amazing, and we even managed
to see a pair of dolphins swimming right by our boat. Too bad that
we both were too tired to make it to the luau the day we arrived in Kauai,
but we will for sure be going back to the island sometimes next year.
Lilikoi, How Emily and I love that name. Thank You for turning us on to those Lilikoi margaritas. I hate to think that we might have missed those on our trip. Mahalo for setting up the honeymoon. We spent two weeks in heaven with the help of a wonderful guide. Your service is top notch and we will do what we can to spread the word. I haven't been up to your web site for quite a while. I need to check out your latest additions. JDL ~ Batavia, Illinois ~ August 9, 1999 More Tips from JDL ... Speaking of names I penned the B-Movie name "Killer Koi" for the Koi at Tide Pools in the Hyatt. The dinner there was wonderful and I found that Moet & Chandon bottles their champagne for Hyatt called Domain Chandon Hyatt. The bottle was only $32 and tasted just as good as the bottles of Moet & Chandon we had at the wedding for $200. A great tip for future honeymooners. * Of course prices are subject to change. Hi my Lili, All was perfect. I would have not done anything different. Roger and I want to go back next year. We will plan to do the helicopter trip over the falls and spend more time at Kee Beach. I want to thank you for all you have done. Love much, Jenny and Roger ~ Seattle, Washington ~ August 4, 1999 ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
A special letter from Jenny ... When my finance and I starting thinking about honeymoon spots, Kauai was the first one that popped into our dreams. It's so lush and romantic with so many fun and exciting things to do. I had searched the internet and found Lilikoi, who responded to my email in regards to island activities. Lili was so thoughtful and kind and did everything in her power to recommend places to eat, beaches to swim and snorkel at, and activities to explore. The three main activities we decided on were the highlights of our trip. The first was a catamaran excursion to the gorgeous Na Pali Coast and the island of land Niihau. We were treated like royalty and given a wonderful breakfast and lunch. They catered to our every need. We anchored at a spot called Atlantis. It was the clearest, bluest, most beautiful water I had ever seen in all my travels. It was perfect for swimming and people of all ages. We snorkeled and took underwater pictures. The second was a enchanting kayak tour down the Wailua River. We had a guide who kept us laughing but also informed us of island history and folklore. It was a smooth and calm paddle and we enjoyed looking at the orange and yellow flowers falling off the trees into the water. We docked and had a quick walk through the dense fern forest to a magnificent waterfall. It was just like Fantasy Island. I plopped down my gear and walked quickly into the cool water. We had all sorts of great pictures of my husband and I in back of the waterfall waving. It was so exotic and peaceful. Our tour guides made a wonderful local Hawaiian lunch for us. I didn't want to go back to the hotel. I wanted to stay their for ever. The third planned activity was a traditional Hawaiian luau. A banquet of local foods lay before us while we listened and watched local song and dancers. They had the most wonderful pork, fruit, teriyaki beef, and all sorts of light desserts. We met some charming couples and had so much fun. I plan to go back next year and stay longer. I will be calling on Lilikoi to help us find the best activities to do on our stay. She is a wonder and a now a friend. Jennifer Palmer ~ Seattle, Washington I hope the above tips & comments help those of you who are planning a honeymoon on our lovely Garden Island. |
