Rates, tours, & times are subject to change seasonally and are not guaranteed. Please also note that each vendor sets their own taxes accordingly and no percentages are the same.  Some include the harbor & dock fees for boating events and landing fees/TET (Federal Transportation Excise Tax) for helicopters, in addition to their excise tax within their rates & others add them after.

The Activity Gift Form below will assist me in serving you better.  It includes just about every piece of info required by the vendors to finalize a gift booking for you.  With your answers we will be able to speed up the process of securing your reservations  in addition to enhancing your experience at their check-in locations.  Mahalo in advance for your diligence and kind attention to detail.

Your card will be charged by the vendors when your friends or family check-in to their activity, unless you have arranged for pre-payment of your gift.  No deposits are collected by TryKauai.com or the vendors unless agreed in advance by an exclusive group contract or an authorization is faxed to Lilikoi at 808 821-1001 or to the specific vendors directly... if a deposit is required for larger group charter bookings, you will pay both balances directly to the vendor. (This procedure varies from vendor to vendor)

Upon completion of your gift bookings, you will receive full details that will guide your friends & family to each event.  Check-in times are subject to change seasonally.  Please have your friends or family call upon their arrival to reconfirm and verify their gift event check-in times.  It is a good idea for them to call for a weather check for some events.
